Photograph any crushed, punctured or wet area before opening. Keep the computer, box and every packaging piece until the shipment is confirmed safe.

Send clear photos of the box, label, packaging and damage. Do not power on, repair or discard anything until we document the issue and begin the carrier claim.
Cathcart Custom PCs will help coordinate the carrier claim using the shipment documentation. Claim approval and payment remain subject to the carrier’s declared-value coverage and investigation.
